LGBTQIA+ Awareness and Inclusion in June
The 50th anniversary since the first Pride Month in 1970 is celebrated in June, bringing visibility to LGBTQIA+ people, while also remembering the 1969 Stonewall Riots in Manhattan. Though in-person events are canceled, virtual celebrations are still happening, and Emmanuel celebrates Pride Month with the queer community. Be sure to tune into the Sunday worship services for special blessings.
