Town Hall Meeting & Lunch

Please join us on Sunday, October 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for an engaging Town Hall meeting, lunch, and fellowship.

During the meeting, our staff and committee leaders will share updates on the work of our ministries and committees, discuss goals and upcoming initiatives, answer questions, and listen to your ideas, concerns, and suggestions.

Your voice matters. To help us plan the agenda, please submit questions, concerns, or suggestions to the church office or return the designated feedback form or contact any committee leader prior to the meeting.

Everyone ages 12 and older is welcome to attend and participate. Childcare can be arranged if needed. Please notify the church office if you need childcare by Sunday, October 18th.

Also, we need volunteers to help on Saturday with setting up for the luncheon and help on Sunday clearing the tables and cleaning up immediately after the luncheon. Please contact the office if you can help.

We hope you will join us as we listen, learn, and discern together how God is calling us forward. Your presence, your perspective, and your prayers are an important part of our shared ministry.
