There is no beating around the bush.  Being a caregiver is one of the toughest jobs you’ll ever have.  I know from my own experience that there are many ups and downs in a single day while caring for my mom.  And then there are situations in which I never thought about handling let alone managing on her behalf.  Being a caregiver is emotionally and physically exhausting.

What about you?  Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with stress and frustration from being the caregiver for your loved one?  Would you like to find new strategies to handle this life challenge with a positive outlook and share some fun together?

Join me at 7pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, for a free 6 week online course to increase your resiliency through playing with visuals and improve exercises. No skill is needed! Research shows that humor and play are simple and effective ways to rewire our brain to help us cope with life’s challenges.  In addition to taking some time for yourself, you’ll be with other who are facing similar issues. We will be creating a supportive community as we share and laugh together.

Each week we will meet for 75 minutes to learn, share and play with improv and visual exercises.  The hope is that you are present in the moment and find humor in our experiences.  Hopefully, you discover some tools that will help you in your caregiving role (and maybe in other areas, too).  Hint – watch out for the “yes, and” exercises that we’ll be playing!!
