Emmanuel has spaces to rent!
If you need space to hold a meeting, recital, or party, Emmanuel has a space that may suit! Just click on the room name to see photos of the space!
Emmanuel’s Sanctuary is a beautiful space with pews, and altar, an organ, and a grand piano. It can hold up to 241 people.
The carpeted Narthex is at the entrance of the Sanctuary, and it is available to groups for Yoga and other activities.
Our Fellowship Hall is a large tiled room. It can hold up to 159 people if tables and chairs are used, and up to 299 people if using just chairs.
About 16 large, rectangular tables and 170 folding metal chairs for your use are located in Storage FH-1, just to the left of the stage in the Fellowship Hall.
Our new Youth Room, on the upper level of the building and adjacent to the Fellowship Hall, has a tiled floor, some informal seating, an upright piano, a few tables and chairs, a pool table, and two foosball tables. It can hold up to 65 people.
The church’s kitchen is well equipped, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove and ovens, microwave, chafing dishes, coffee percolators, an ice machine, dishware, and tableware. We are a Green Church, and as such, no disposable dishware or serving ware is allowed (no paper plates, plastic forks, etc.)! You may wash your own dishes, or request dishwashers for your event (the cost is dependent upon the number of people in attendance, with a 100 person minimum.)
Emmanuel has many other rooms that are available for smaller gatherings.
Room 1, a carpeted area with 2 long tables and chairs, can house up to 15 people, Rooms 2 and 4-9 can each house about 20 people, Rooms 11 & 12 will hold approximately 30 people each, and Room 3 (a carpeted room with informal seating, as well as a couple of tables and chairs) can hold about 35 people.
Our Ministry Center, the former parsonage to the left of and behind the church, has a living room area which can informally seat about 14 people.
A Space Reservation Agreement must be completed and signed for each rental.
Each rental requires a Security Deposit, payable by a separate check, which is completely refundable if the rented space is left in the condition in which it was found. The security deposit will be forfeited for failure to clean up after use, or if damage occurs.
Cleaning the rented space after its use is the responsibility of the person or group using the facility. We expect the space to be left in the same, or even better, condition than it was in before the event!
No peanuts or foods with nuts are permitted in the lower level of the building (the Preschool level).
No alcohol is permitted in our buildings or on our grounds.
We are in a residential area and take pride in being a good neighbor. We cannot accommodate activities that will last past 11:00 PM.
Our handicap entrance is behind the church on the right side, and we also have an elevator for your convenience.
