Grades 9-12

The mission of the United Methodist Youth at Emmanuel is to provide a risk-free environment that encourages its’ members to develop and deepen their faith in God and to direct the youth towards a life that calls them to minister to others.  This can be accomplished with the support of peers, parents and the church body. 

Sunday School is available every Sunday from 9:00-10:00 am in the Ministry Center.  Our class discussions focus on how the stories in the Bible apply to our life. 

An activity is usually held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month.  Some of the events this year will be, Donuts with Donna, bowling, go-karts, and lunch at a local restaurant. 

The Wednesday Night Special - Dinner will be held from 6:00-6:45.  The class begins at 6:45 and ends at 8:00.  Check the calendar for specific dates.

Annual Events that the youth participate in are: worship leaders, Rock Youth Retreat in Ocean City, a week-long mission trip, Kid’s Night Out, Breakfast with St. Nicholas, Vacation Bible School, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Super and Winter Haven.
