Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and conscious breathing (pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation.
This is a multi-level class, 10 week-long session. Class runs from February 5 through April 15.
No class on 4/01.
